Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and products offered by Sapphire Official, operating from Shop 18, Heritage Commercial Plaza, Jagatpura Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017, India ("Sapphire Official," "we," "our," "us").
By accessing our website, placing an enquiry, making a purchase, or using any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sapphire Official. We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us before using our Services.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our Services
Sapphire Official provides the following products and services:
- Sale of certified natural gemstones including sapphires, rubies, emeralds, diamonds, and other precious and semi-precious stones
- Fine jewellery including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and custom-designed pieces
- Custom jewellery design and manufacturing services
- Gemstone certification consultation and re-certification assistance
- Gemstone valuation and investment advisory services
- Repair, cleaning, and maintenance of jewellery
- In-store and online gemological consultations
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, service, or feature at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
Section 03
Ordering & Payment Terms
All orders placed with Sapphire Official are subject to availability and acceptance. The receipt of an enquiry, order confirmation, or payment does not constitute our acceptance of your order until we have explicitly confirmed it.
Payment Methods:
- We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), and cash (for in-store purchases)
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing
- For high-value orders, we may require an advance payment or full payment before dispatch
- Custom jewellery orders require a non-refundable advance of 50% at the time of order confirmation
Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed upon our written confirmation and receipt of payment (or agreed advance). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or concerns about fraud.

Prices displayed are subject to change without notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of order acceptance. Any promotional pricing or discounts are subject to terms and valid for limited periods.

Pricing & Product Availability
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in gemstone markets, gold rates, and currency exchange rates.
- Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to prior sale, especially for one-of-a-kind pieces
- Images displayed are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the actual product due to photographic variations and monitor display differences
- Gemstone weights, dimensions, and quality descriptions are approximate and may have minor variations within industry-accepted tolerances
- We do not guarantee the investment value or future appreciation of any gemstone or jewellery product
Section 05
Gemstone Certification & Authenticity
Sapphire Official is committed to providing only authentic, natural gemstones. We work exclusively with reputed gemological laboratories including GIA (Gemological Institute of America), IGI (International Gemological Institute), and GRS (Gem Research Swisslab).
- All premium gemstones sold by us are accompanied by their respective laboratory certificates
- Certification details including origin, treatment status, and quality grades are provided as reported by the certifying laboratory
- We are not responsible for any variance in opinion between different gemological laboratories
- The re-certification of a gemstone is subject to the policies of the certifying laboratory and may result in different conclusions
- We offer a buyback policy for certified natural unheated gemstones purchased from us, subject to current market conditions and our appraisal
Section 06
Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:
Eligible Returns:
- Standard jewellery and loose gemstones may be returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase if unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all certificates and packaging
- Items must be returned with the original invoice, certification documents, and all accompanying materials
- Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item after inspection
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-designed or personalised jewellery pieces (engraved items, bespoke designs)
- Items that have been altered, resized, repaired, or worn after purchase
- Gemstones that have been removed from their original setting
- Items purchased during final clearance or special promotional events
- Gemstones whose laboratory certificates have been separated or tampered with
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria. All returned items are subject to quality inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
Section 07
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and to select international destinations. All deliveries are handled by reputable, insured courier partners specialising in jewellery and precious stone delivery.
- Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
- All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. In case of transit damage or loss, claims will be filed on your behalf with the insurer
- A signature is required upon delivery. In case of failed delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us and re-dispatch charges will apply
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient
- Sapphire Official is not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure events, or courier service disruptions
Section 08
Custom Jewellery Orders
Custom jewellery orders are unique and bespoke items created specifically for you. The following terms apply to all custom orders:
- A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required before commencement of any custom order
- The balance payment must be made prior to dispatch or collection of the completed piece
- Design approval: Once a design is approved and production begins, design changes may result in additional charges
- Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Delays due to material sourcing, craftsmanship complexity, or other factors may extend the delivery timeline
- We are not responsible for the loss or damage of customer-provided materials (stones, heirlooms) during the crafting process beyond normal manufacturing care
- Custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned except in cases of manufacturing defects
Section 09
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and in our marketing materials, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, jewellery designs, and software, is the exclusive property of Sapphire Official and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent
- Our trademark, trade name "Sapphire Official," and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited
- User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive licence to use such content for marketing purposes
Section 10
Communication Consent
By accepting this policy, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from us through various channels, including but not limited to email, mobile push notifications, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, or any other digital communication platforms.
These communications may include offers, updates, new product launches, event invitations, and service notifications. If you prefer not to receive such updates or marketing communications, you may opt out by contacting us at info@sapphireofficial.in.
You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Opting out does not affect essential service communications related to your orders or account security.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sapphire Official, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from reliance on information provided on our website
- Third-party actions or omissions, including courier services, payment gateways, or certification laboratories
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Section 12
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
- Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days
- If amicable resolution fails, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Consumer complaints may also be filed with the relevant consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
